UIUX Developer

Primary Responsibilities:

Here are some specific responsibilities that this role requires:

• Translate concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
• Design and deliver these wireframes and mock-ups.
• Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
• Collaborate with other team(s) and stakeholders.
• Adopt the designs to the larger application theme and improve the user experience

Skills required:

• A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies subsystems and usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet product needs and vision
• Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and deep understanding of responsive design
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and document design processes ideas and solutions to teams
• Be open to receive feedback and constructive criticism.

Qualifications :

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 2-4 years of UX design experience and at least 2 years of experience in designing complex solutions/screens

Additional Information :

Stack:

• Expertise in UX software such as adobe XD Balsamiq Sketch Figma and the like
• Web based platform

• Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal/written Communication Interpersonal and Presentation skills. And can explain complex functional/technical concepts with ease (via diagrams flowcharts etc.).
• Should be a self-motivated independent detail-oriented responsible team player and exhibit exceptional relationship skills 
• Candidate to have a do-it-done attitude; the ability to think critically; enjoy working with teams spread globally and across cultures; a desire to learn in new areas; and the discipline to pay attention to deadlines details and quality.
• Able to provide technical recommendations and solve technical problems
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing complex environment.  
• The ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the team in Europe & India
