Responsibilities:
- Account managers are the foundation of the agency assisting with both transactional and relational aspects of the dynamic between policyholders insurers and agency personnel and perform the following but not limited to;
- Proactively support the producer and grow and maintain the client relationship though providing high-level advice an excellence in service. and lead and manage a team of account managers. Must be analytical detailed scheduled focused reliable think ahead and connect the dots. Excellent problem solver strong coverage and market knowledge great communicator both oral and written.

- Surplus Lines Compliance
- Contribute to Client Retention through excellent service and follow through.
- Build and maintain market relationships through marketing activities pre- and post-renewal.
- Prepare written correspondence reports and analysis as needed and document all correspondence in AMS360
- Work with and assist accounting department on clients aged receivables and account reconciliation
- Deliver in-person presentations to clients in a professional and polished manner analyzing their insurance program and risk management needs.
Requirement
- Active California Property & Casualty License required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance account management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products coverages and endorsements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to assess complex insurance needs.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in policy documentation and client communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.
- Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and client service.
