Job Description

Position: IT Healthcare Consultant - Business Analyst - Advanced
Location: Columbia SC (29201)
Client: State of South Carolina
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Healthcare Consultant - Business Analyst to support critical healthcare initiatives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business needs improve processes and implement solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business requirements related to healthcare IT systems.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Develop process maps and workflow diagrams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of IT solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong experience in healthcare IT consulting and business analysis.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office 2 days remote).
