Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Healthcare Consultant - Business Analyst to support critical healthcare initiatives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business needs improve processes and implement solutions in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements related to healthcare IT systems.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop process maps and workflow diagrams to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in the testing and validation of IT solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Technical Skills Required:
- Strong experience in healthcare IT consulting and business analysis.
- Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office 2 days remote).
