Job Summary

We are seeking a confident and sharp Business Development Executive to join our dynamic movie and advertisement production house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads pitching clients managing relationships and driving business growth. The role demands excellent communication skills a clear and articulate speech style quick grasping ability and a workaholic attitude ready to face challenges head-on.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the film media and advertising sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with brands agencies and marketing teams.

  • Deliver clear and persuasive presentations and pitches to potential clients.

  • Understand client briefs quickly and coordinate with internal creative teams for execution.

  • Attend meetings networking events and industry gatherings to promote business growth.

  • Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare business reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Mass Communication or related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in business development preferably in media or advertising.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right mindset are welcome to apply.
