The Role: Marketing Services Co-Ordinator
This role supports the sales and marketing functions by managing client proposals digital and trade marketing initiatives and live campaign processes. It is a key position ensuring smooth operations across sales support client engagement and campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the development and generation of sales presentations and proposals for direct clients and media agencies

Oversee the sales process with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction
-
Facilitate proof of flight processes and create site bibles for campaigns
-
Coordinate trade marketing activities including documents client events gifting and birthday lists
-
Manage digital marketing activities including social media platforms
-
Maintain accurate reporting and housekeeping through daily updates on Teams proposals and reminders
-
Compile and distribute monthly Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) reports
-
Ensure timely delivery of post-campaign documentation and client reporting
About You
-
2 to 4 years of experience in marketing coordination advertising or media (OOH experience advantageous)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital platforms (social media reporting tools)

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
-
A collaborative team player with a proactive and client-focused mindset
