Marketing Services Co-Ordinator (Out-of-Home Advertising)

The Role: Marketing Services Co-Ordinator
This role supports the sales and marketing functions by managing client proposals digital and trade marketing initiatives and live campaign processes. It is a key position ensuring smooth operations across sales support client engagement and campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and generation of sales presentations and proposals for direct clients and media agencies

  • Oversee the sales process with a focus on efficiency and client satisfaction

  • Facilitate proof of flight processes and create site bibles for campaigns

  • Coordinate trade marketing activities including documents client events gifting and birthday lists

  • Manage digital marketing activities including social media platforms

  • Maintain accurate reporting and housekeeping through daily updates on Teams proposals and reminders

  • Compile and distribute monthly Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) reports

  • Ensure timely delivery of post-campaign documentation and client reporting

About You

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing coordination advertising or media (OOH experience advantageous)

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital platforms (social media reporting tools)

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • A collaborative team player with a proactive and client-focused mindset
