Knowledge of the following: Legislative framework governing the Publi Service; Departmental accounting services; Public Service financial legislations procedures and processes National Treasury Regulations Provincial Treasury Instructions Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) 1999 (DORA PSA PSR
PPPFA Financial Manual); Financial functions practices as well as the ability to capture data operate computer and collate financial statistics; State accountant duties practices as well as the ability to capture data operate computer and collecting statistics; Working procedures in terms of the working environment; Project management; Public service procedures processes and systems.
