Were seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive growth at Whatfix acting as the product expert from demo to proof of concept and partnering with Sales to showcase our solutions value.

What Youll Do

  • Deliver tailored demos and presentations aligning Whatfix capabilities with customer priorities
  • Support RFxs security assessments and technical diligence
  • Capture feature requests for Product Management
  • Partner with Sales on strategic deals Discovery Value Assessment calls and POCs
  • Maintain compliance-ready collateral and act as a product/competitive expert
  • Develop industry best practices and use cases from deployments
  • Understand customer business needs and digital transformation trends to provide thought leadership

Qualifications

  • 5 years in Technical Pre-Sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting in enterprise software/SaaS
  • Experience with regulated industries; Federal experience preferred
  • Familiar with IT/security environments and compliance standards (FedRAMP on-prem etc.)
  • Skilled in consultative discovery and solution strategy co-creation
  • Able to simplify complex technical concepts for executives and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable consulting across CRM platforms and adapting to various products/industries
  • Excellent communication collaborative and professional; start-up experience a plus
