Job Description

We are looking for the best

is a newly established subsidiary of 42dot which will serve as an R&D hub for autonomous driving. As the first recruiter in this entity you will be expected to play both strategic and executional roles directly driving end-to-end hiring activities while also building the initial recruitment infrastructure and processes in China. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential.

Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Execution & Candidate Management

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles including technical positions such as Autonomous Driving AI and Embedded managing both strategy and execution

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and role requirements

  • Conduct direct candidate search and build pipelines for key technical and business roles

  • Manage the offer process ensuring timely and smooth communication with candidates

2. Recruitment Infrastructure & Performance

  • Design and implement recruitment infrastructure and processes (ATS interview flow metrics vendor management)

  • Track and manage KPIs related to recruiting performance and provide regular reporting to HQ

  • Develop localized recruitment strategies and sourcing channels in compliance with Chinese labor laws and employment regulations

3. HR Collaboration

  • Work closely with HQ as a liaison to ensure alignment and consistency in global HR operations

  • Collaborate on HR operations and policy establishment such as onboarding support for new hires and fostering a strong local company culture

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience in talent acquisition

  • Proven track record in recruiting for technical roles

  • Strong experience in direct sourcing with demonstrable results

  • Experience in building recruitment frameworks in new or fast-growing organizations

  • In-depth understanding of the Chinese talent market and labor laws

  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (both verbal and written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recruitment experience in cutting-edge tech domains such as Autonomous Driving AI/ML Robotics

  • Background in tech startups R&D organizations or global technology companies

  • Experience in multicultural/global environments with proven ability to foster culture and collaboration
