Job Summary

We are looking for a Service BDC agent to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with service appointments
  • Provide customers with initial appointment request and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
  • Respond quickly to internet phone and live chat inquiries using email scripts and templates
  • Follow up with leads provided in GM on-line manifest
  • Utilize communative applications to keep customers updated on vehicle status in the service department
  • Participate in team and process development sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates sales teams and dealership management
Qualifications
  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid drivers license
