Role Overview
As a CCTV & Access Maintenance Technician you will play a key role in building installing and maintaining CCTV Towers and access turnstiles at our Envision Head Office and Workshop. You will work to industry standards while delivering outstanding customer service and applying technical expertise. We are seeking individuals with strong technical skills who can ensure the quality and reliability of our Envision product range. This role offers exceptional career growth within a market-leading organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders building strong working relationships.
Assemble maintain and enhance Envision s CCTV Tower and access turnstile range to meet evolving customer needs.
Manage time effectively prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
Accurately complete all relevant documentation including engineer reports handover certificates BSIA certificates and checklists.
What we are looking for
Full UK driving licence
Ability to lift and work at height using ladders
Experience in a customer-facing environment
