We have an upcoming opportunity in the Product Testing Department as a Test Technician Student where we are looking for high-energy collaborators who are passionate about team success.

In This Role You Will

• Assist with testing agricultural equipment for performance and safety.
• Support prototype setup and field installations.
• Learn to operate and maintain test instruments.
• Help prepare simple reports and share findings with the team.
• Work closely with engineers and team members to discuss findings and explore improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to design and test plan reviews by sharing insights from collected data.

Were Looking For

• A bachelors degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering (completed or in progress).
• Strong interpersonal skills the ability to communicate clearly and a collaborative mindset.

Following skills are considered an asset:

• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong interest in hardware testing data analysis and hands-on problem-solving.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
