Job Description
Team Red Dog is seeking a Research Operations (ResOps) Coordinator to support our client a leading global technology company. This is an exciting 100% remote opportunity that focuses on enabling UX research operations across Azure portal CLI and related experiences. If youre passionate about research operations project management persuasive communications and supporting researchers through scalable systems and processes this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across our clients ResOps community.
Top Required Skills (Must Haves):
- Project Management (2 years): Experience breaking down tasks creating workback schedules and tracking workideally in Azure DevOps.
- SharePoint Authoring (2 years): Skilled in creating editing and maintaining documentation using Communication site WYSIWYG editing.
- Persuasive Writing (2 years): Strong ability to craft effective email marketing content to increase participant engagement and survey completion rates.
- Tool Familiarity & Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and help troubleshoot multiple UX research tools (UserTesting User Interviews Respondent etc.).
Opportunity Overview:
This role provides the opportunity to impact company-wide UX research operations by supporting researchers across Azure and beyond. Youll collaborate with multiple teams manage participant panel communications improve documentation and contribute to education and tooling initiatives that enhance the UX research ecosystem. This is a chance to work remotely with flexibility while making meaningful contributions that influence the customer experience.
How you will make an impact:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all third-party research software suppliers.
- Support researcher onboarding/offboarding and manage access to tools and software.
- Monitor research account balances and provide renewal strategies.
- Distribute research opportunities to participant panels optimizing communications for engagement.
- Grow and support the participant panel through template creation and community engagement.
- Report on tool usage and panel activity regularly.
- Maintain and improve documentation ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Create training materials for researcher and non-researcher audiences.
- Support recruiting efforts and contribute to new participant sourcing strategies.
- Assist researchers with troubleshooting UX research tools and processes.
The expertise you bring:
- 24 years of professional experience.
- 13 years in UX research marketing or project management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and accountability with proven follow-through.
- Ability to problem solve independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with a passion for process documentation and customer-driven improvement.
- Familiarity with M365 SharePoint PowerBI and Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of data privacy policies (GDPR) and experience with instructional design are a plus.
