Where you come in:

  • Foster a safety-first culture by emphasizing the importance of safe practices in all operations. Conduct regular training sessions safety audits and maintain open communication channels to ensure safety protocols are understood and followed.
  • Enhance processes eliminate redundancies and improve material flow to boost productivity quality and safety.
  • Execute functions that influence logistics excellence customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
  • Promote best practices and high performance in alignment with the Global Logistics Strategy and company growth objectives.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team in alignment with Dexcoms core values and culture. This involves recruiting and retaining top talent providing ongoing training and development opportunities and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Collaborate with various functional teams and stakeholders to establish best practices and sustain performance aligned with business objectives.
  • Achieve productivity accuracy quality safety and site KPIs by implementing effective strategies and best practices. Monitor and analyze performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and ensure that targets are met.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions.
  • Lead the planning and preparation for growth management to achieve business projects and objectives while also spearheading Logistics and Operational Excellence initiatives to ensure timely and budget-compliant achievement of business goals.
  • Support continuous efforts to uphold Dexcoms mission and values ensuring best-in-class performance and solutions for end-customers.



What makes you successful:

  • Experience in operating forklifts and providing operator training.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
  • Project management experience.
  • Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Familiarity with cGMP environments and knowledge of regulations/auditing bodies such as ISO FDA HIPAA OSHA Hazardous Materials C-TPAT and DOT/IATA.
  • Experience in the transportation storage and handling of temperature-sensitive materials.
  • Experience in implementing Operational Excellence.
  • Experience in a rapid growth environment.
  • Proven experience in building and managing a high-performing team.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
  • 2-5 years of previous management experience or lead experience.



Language Skills:

Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Examples of English language proficiency may include (but are not limited to): ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals; ability to write routine reports and correspondence; ability to verbally communicate with leadership employees and auditors; ability to comprehend spoken language.

Physical Demands:

Employees in this position may be required to perform the following physical activities: standing walking and sitting for extended periods of time; frequent use of the hands fingers wrist and greater arm to handle small materials tools boxes and trays; lifting and carrying objects up to 50Ibs; occasional overhead reaches and lifts; occasional lifts and reaches below the knee; occasional pushing and pulling of materials and objects with moderate forces; occasional crouching/kneeling twisting and squatting movements.

Work Environment:

Employees may be exposed to the following environmental conditions while performing this job: work near moving parts work with chemicals outdoor weather conditions exposure to intense light and/or intermittent light fast-paced work and elevated noise levels.
