Job Description
- 5 years of experience in product management or product development with a proven track record of leading complex high-impact initiatives across global markets.
- Experience must include managing end-to-end product lifecycles setting strategic direction and delivering scalable solutions in dynamic environments
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance digital commerce ecosystems and global tax environments particularly as they relate to digital goods and services.
- Demonstrated ability to lead due diligence efforts interpret tax policy changes and assess their business and technical implications.
- Demonstrated success in developing product strategies that align with both regulatory mandates and business goals while driving execution across diverse cross-functional teams including engineering legal finance and operations.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguity make informed decisions with limited guidance and re-prioritize in response to shifting regulatory technical or business landscapes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to distill complex requirements into clear actionable plans.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders and building consensus across global matrixed organizations.
- 710 years of experience in Tax Commerce Product or Business Analysis roles with a solid understanding of the intersection between tax regulations product development and business operations.
- 5 years of experience as a People Manager
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams prioritize effectively and maintain attention to detail in a high-velocity constantly evolving environment.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex cross-functional projects from ideation through launch including product scoping stakeholder alignment and operational readiness.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset a high sense of ownership and an inclination towards accountability and follow-through.
