Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Drill Operator to join a Sand Springs manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up operating and maintaining CNC drilling machines to produce precision parts and components according to detailed technical drawings and specifications. The CNC Drill Operator must be detail-oriented safety-conscious and committed to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC drilling machines to perform drilling tapping and related machining operations.
Interpret blueprints technical drawings and work orders to determine machining requirements.
Load raw materials and monitor machine operations for accuracy and efficiency.
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers micrometers gauges).
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and maintain tight tolerances.
Document production data and report deviations or defects to supervisors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience operating CNC drilling machines in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
