Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Boiler Operator to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a Boiler Operator you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our boiler systems ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Monitor and control boiler systems to maintain proper pressure temperature and water levels
- Perform regular inspections and maintenance on boiler equipment and related systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with boiler systems and implement appropriate solutions
- Conduct water quality tests and adjust chemical treatments as necessary
- Maintain accurate logs of boiler operations maintenance activities and safety checks
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule and perform preventive maintenance
- Respond promptly to any emergency situations related to boiler operations
- Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on industry best practices and technologies
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Boiler Operator Certification
- OSHA safety certification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in boiler operations
- In-depth knowledge of boiler systems operations and safety protocols
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics and heat transfer principles
- Familiarity with water treatment processes
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
- Experience with monitoring and control systems
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and report generation
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work shifts including nights weekends and holidays as required
