Health Care Technician

About the Role:

Customized Living Services follows a person-centered approach valuing the uniqueness of each individual through our philosophy policies and procedures. Together with Wilders Healthy Aging & Caregiving Services you will join a collaborative team that supports the health and independence of adults as they age and receive care in the community which is critical to Wilders mission of improving lives today and for generations to come. As a valued team member you willprovide person-centered care for older adults adults with disabilities and also those with chronic conditions. Support clients with activities of daily living assistance such; as medication management personal cares housekeeping and socialization.

Qualifications:

Associates degree required (Bachelors Degree Preferred).At least one year of home health nursing or geriatric nursing experience required. LPN Licensure State of MN & LPN Program Certificate. Valid Drivers License required.
