Job Summary

Commsignia is a leading software and hardware provider in the emerging Vehicle-to-Vehicle and Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2X) communication market. Responsibilities:

Testing of our car-to-car communication software stack as well as safety and efficiency applications for different regions (such as EU US Asia)
Planning documentation and implementation of automated test cases using a Java-based test framework
Analyzing and reporting the results of automated regression test sets
Create and manage bug reports support issue resolution including handling issues reported by customers
Collaborate closely with developers to investigate and resolve issues
Communicate with customers when needed to clarify and address reported problems

Requirements:

Proven experience in test automation or software development using Java (required) and Python for scripting
Linux or Unix experience
Solid understanding of network systems and protocols
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Great communication skills in English

Advantages:

Experience in embedded Linux system testing (e.g. Yocto OpenEmbedded OpenWRT DD-WRT)
Experience in real-time operating systems
ISTQB certificate
Drivers license: we do field tests with cars regularly
Experience in AUTOSAR and Adaptive AUTOSAR environments as a test engineer or test automation engineer
