About the opportunity
At N26 the Business Enablement Group focuses on empowering non-technical departments. We achieve this by utilizing AI technologies to create and deploy innovative user-friendly solutions. Our goal is to automate and optimize internal processes enhancing efficiency across the company.
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our innovative AI Enablement this role you will be instrumental in designing developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions across various business departments. Your contributions will directly optimize critical processes enhance operational efficiency and drive data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
In this role you will:
Design develop and maintain scalable systems that support the AI lifecycle
Develop infrastructure and APIs that integrate third-party services with internal systems
Build and maintain an LLM evaluation framework
Partner with product teams to design and deliver accessible AI solutions
Stay up to date with the latest trends in technology and you are not afraid to propose some findings during our GSDD.
Work within your cross-functional team to uphold the highest technology standards right across the product
What you need to be successful:
Significant software engineering experience in one or more general purpose programming languages including Python or Kotlin
A natural tendency to automate repetitive tasks
An eye for detail and care for user experience
Cloud platform expertise with AWS GCP (Bedrock Vertex AI)
Experience with modern engineering practices such as clean code TDD refactoring CI/CD.
Sound understanding of microservice architecture
Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases preferably Postgres
Appreciation of working in a modern cloud architecture preferably with AWS
Experience building CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling such as: Terraform Spotinst Datadog OpenSearch
Language Skills: full professional proficiency in English
Nice-to-haves
Experience with Domain Driven Design
A love of learning and love of helping others to learn and grow
Experience with event drive architecture
A sense of independence and an ability to establish structures or processes to adapt to a constantly evolving domain and environment
