The role
The Senior Correspondence Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality timely Executive Ministerial and Parliamentary support services. Operating in a fast-paced high-volume environment the role is responsible for coordinating preparing and reviewing briefings and correspondence on behalf of senior executives. It ensures alignment with strategic and operational objectives through effective workflow management stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement of administrative practices. The officer also provides high-level advice and maintains robust systems and procedures to support informed decision-making and organisational outcomes. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is highly organised with strong written communication skills.
