Responsibilities
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt accurate and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability eligibility transfers and billing clarification.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
