Entrenador
Entrenamiento a nivel operativo de cada una de las lneas de produccin Impartir programas de capacitacin tcnica operativa y de desarrollo para el personal indirecto de la organizacin con el fin de mejorar las competencias desempeo y alineacin con los estndares de calidad y seguridad de Copeland. Asegurar la certificacin del personal (evaluaciones matriz de habilidad)
Responsabilidades
Aplicar evaluaciones de certificacin para el personal directo e indirecto
Mantener actualizadas la matriz de habilidades
Impartir cursos talleres y entrenamientos presenciales
Mantener actualizados los registros de asistencia evaluaciones y certificados de capacitacin
Colaborar con otras reas para asegurar que la capacitacin est alineada con los objetivos estratgicos de la empresa
Asegurar la actualizacin de los expedientes de entrenamiento. (DiplomasDC-3)
Requisitos del puesto.
Bachiller o preparatoria
Conocimiento en entrenamiento capacitacin o desarrollo de personal
