Join Our Growing Team in the Kitchen & Bath Industry!
Location: Pompano Beach Florida -Full-Time -$16 to $24/hr (Depending On Experience)

Were a fast-growing dynamic company specializing in custom cabinet doors countertops and kitchen projects and were looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our showroom and support team!

What Youll Do:
As a Customer Service / Kitchen & Bath Associate youll be a key part of our clients remodeling journeyguiding them from inspiration to installation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing prompt friendly and knowledgeable support to customers in our showroom and by phone.
Assisting clients with cabinet countertop and layout selections tailored to their vision.
Accurately entering cabinet measurements generating quotes and placing orders using our POS system.
Creating countertop quotes using client-provided dimensions and chosen materials.
Scheduling and confirming template measurement and installation appointments.
Coordinating with big-box retailers via their online portalsupdating notes confirming job statuses and ensuring project timelines stay on track.
What Were Looking For:
Experience in kitchen & bath design home improvement or interior design is a plus.
Strong customer service skills and a professional solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Organized detail-driven and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Comfortable with basic math and measurements (inches feet square footage).
Bonus: Familiarity with Moraware or other countertop quoting software.
Compensation & Perks:
Pay: $16.00 $24.00/hour (based on experience and performance)
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday (some Saturdays may be required)
Benefits:
9 paid holidays after 90 days
Paid Time Off:
1 week 3 sick days after 12 months
2 weeks 3 sick days after 24 months
3 weeks 3 sick days after 60 months
