Job Description
Project Coordinator
Scope of the Project:
Lead a team whose goal is to provide maintenance to certain City wide street furniture assets. These assets include bicycle racks benches leaning bars and wayfinders. Specific responsibilities include inspection maintenance repair cleaning installation and removal of street furniture assets.
Duties:
- Conduct weekly Microsoft teams meetings with the maintenance and installation crews.
- Daily review of data entry of maintenance conducted by crews.
- Plan and coordinate teams assignments.
- Ensures all work performed meets quality standards and client expectations.
Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma
- Proven experience in fast paced multi task environment (typically 3-5 years)
Technical Skills
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office suite
- Must be proficient in EXCEL
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments
