Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our medical annotation platform. Youll drive innovation at the intersection of healthcare and technology working with engineering medical and ML teams to build scalable solutions that power the future of healthcare.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and define the product roadmap for medical annotation platform supporting 100 concurrent medical annotators at scale
- Design and optimize annotation workflows to achieve 15-25 cases per hour productivity
- Partner with ML teams to optimize training data quality and model performance
- Build comprehensive analytics suites to track productivity quality metrics and team performance
- Create data pipelines to feed annotation outputs into ML model training workflows
- Design intuitive user interfaces optimized for medical professionals
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering medical and ML teams
- Ensure platform meets scale and reliability requirements (10000 daily annotations)
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
