  • Beauty experience digital and retail channels
  • Experience with consumer-facing or direct-to-consumer brands.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive awareness engagement and sales for hair care products.

  • Conduct market research to understand consumer trends preferences and competitor activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development marketing and sales to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media print and digital advertising.

  • Oversee the development of brand assets including packaging promotional materials and content creation.

  • Analyze sales data and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and brand growth.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including retailers influencers and industry professionals.

  • Monitor and manage brand performance metrics budgets and timelines to ensure objectives are met.

  • Stay updated on industry trends regulations and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
