About the Role
Are you looking to map a better futureEsri Singapore is one of the most recognized contributors to the countrys geospatial community and smart nation initiatives assembling an impressive track-record of successfully delivering projects and services to major organizations in public services national security natural resources critical infrastructure supply chain organizations and private enterprises.
We are looking for experienced and motivated individuals to lead advise and partner with our user organisations in their implementation of geospatial and technologies. Someone with a proven history of consistently delivering solutions with strong and positive client outcomes to join Singapores largest pool of geospatial solution experts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Represent Esri as the thought leader in understanding and solutioning for various industry domains
- Apply critical thinking and geospatial analysis to help users overcome challenges and achieve business objectives
- Apply our technology on various types of data to uncover patterns insights and visualize possible solutions.
- Build and maintain strong engagement with senior levels and their teams guided by key Esris values of Creativity Integrity Excellence and Empathy
- Engage deeply with our user organizations to develop a Geospatial masterplan and execution roadmap within their digital transformation strategy to achieve their strategic goals and objectives
- Drive adoption of Esri technology within existing and new user groups through convincing geospatial solutions design prototyping and well written proposals to address client challenges
- Maintain and develop consistent engagement and value-add to our user organizations with robust solutions and monetized benefits to their organization.
About You
Reporting to the Head Solution you will offer a minimum five (5) years working experiences ideally with minimum three (3) years experience in ArcGIS technology.
To be successful in this role with us you will bring along:
- Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering GIS or a related field
- Past experience in solution consulting or technical lead roles in system implementation for large enterprise systems will be advantageous
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to diagnose business problems
- Possess effective presentation and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate and explain design decisions
- 5 - 7 years of working experience
- 3 - 5 years of experience in ArcGIS technology is preferred
