- Ideally at least 1 year business experience preferably in B2B relationship
- Experience in the management and execution of outbound/inbound activities
- Proven sales drive
- Good IT / preferably business software knowledge and understanding of SAP solutions
- Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business context
- Strong facility with teamwork and an ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Required language skills:Polish (level C2)
- Verbal and written communications skills inEnglish (C1)
- Execute effective prospecting efforts to maximize coverage of defined accounts through outbound and inbound (taking incoming calls cold/warm calling social selling emailing)
- Generate qualify nurture and handover leads and opportunities
- Regularly review of lead pipeline and progression; proactively give qualitative feedback on campaigns
