The Role Joining a well established HR/Recruitment team this is a hands-on people-first role where youll contribute to the recruitment onboarding and HR operations with precision and heart. Youll be part in fostering a team culture where every employee feels like a VIP.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Lead end-to-end recruitment projects across departments
- Write engaging job ads screen candidates coordinate and undertake interviews
- Deliver seamless onboarding experiences that reflect our values
HR Administration
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Assist with contracts compliance and policy updates
Culture & Engagement
- Assist the HR Director in organising team events wellness initiatives and recognition programs
- Be a trusted point of contact for employee support
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion
Ideal Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality company (hotels restaurants events or travel)
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced customer-focused environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural flair for communication
- Experience managing recruitment and HR admin
- Familiarity with online recruitment platforms
- Tertiary qualifications in HR Business or related field (preferred)
