Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager Release Train Engineer to support the MedTech Butterfly Transformation. This position can be based remotely in the United States or Brazil.
As part of the MedTech Butterfly transformation the Release Train Engineer (RTE) will play an important role in driving business agility and enabling the Sales workstream to deliver value at scale. The RTE acts as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART) facilitating the delivery of high-impact capabilities across global teams while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals product strategy and Lean-Agile principles.
This role requires deep knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) demonstrable experience orchestrating multi-functional collaboration and the ability to navigate complex dependencies and stakeholder dynamics in a regulated fast-paced environment.
Up to 10% international travel may be required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$118000 to $203550Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.
