What theyre looking for:Graduate of a school of professional nursing BSN years of relevant RN experience required prior Nurse Manager experience licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas or immediately Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment before patient care is administered independently. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment. RCIS preferred.Hours and compensation potential:The position is full is between 100K-145K depending on experience and a full benefits package.What youll be doing:Under supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer the Nursing Director plans implements directs and evaluates the care for the Cath for establishing the vision direction and development of the Cardiovascular service encompasses strategies programs processes and procedures including measures of success which are aligned with the organizations strategic direction and result in continual growthand development of the the delivery of patient services; creates and maintains an environment conducive to learning. Provides for the development and evaluation of as a patient advocate within the health care on a twenty-four (24) hour basis for the management of all facets of nursing activities for assigned that nursing care meets legal ethical institutional and professional in the Hospitals Quality Improvement and Service Excellence and facilitates the application and implementation of the philosophy objectives policies and procedures of the department and organization.What you can expect is:Position is located an hour from reports to the is about 120 beds accredited not-for-profit acute care community hospital along with the Rural Health youre a dedicated OR Circulator seeking a rewarding career in a supportive healthcare environment look no further.
