The Role
Were looking for aProcess & Engagement Analystto join our Process & Innovation team and help drive operational excellence and meaningful change across the firm.Youll be a translator and trusted advisor working closely with teams across the firm to understand how they work uncover challenges and co-design solutions with our Process & Innovation team. Then youll lead the charge to bring people on the journey communicating the why supporting adoption and making change stick.This is a hands-on role that blends curiosity creativity communication and analytical thinking.
What Youll Do
- Build trusted relationships across practice groups and business services.
- Facilitate discovery conversations and workshops to understand pain points and identify opportunities.
- Work with the P&I team to design prototype and test practical people-centred solutions.
- Lead change management strategies that support firmwide engagement and adoption.
- Create compelling communications training and resources.
- Track outcomes and measure the impact of initiatives.
What Youll Bring
- Proven experience in business analysis process improvement or change management.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement workshop facilitation and process mapping.
- Excellent communication skills written verbal and visual.
- Confidence with data digital tools and change measurement.
- A relevant degree or equivalent experience (Lean Agile PROSCI or similar an advantage).
- A people-first mindset: you enjoy talking to people uncovering the real issues and turning insights into action.
