Assistant Front Office Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting and representing the Front Office Manager in all his/her duties during his/her absence.
- Responsibility for the smooth running of the hotel and a warm welcome for our guests.
- Active involvement in all areas of reception and reservations.
- Ensuring the well-being of our guests for the duration of their stay.
- Professional handling of complaints on site.
- Maintaining guests master data and the filing system in Apaleo.
- Coordination and alignment with housekeeping
Your profile:
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in front office
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
- Very good knowledge of German and Italian any other languages are an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apaleo
- High sense of responsibility communication and negotiation skills
- Passion for guests high level of commitment and empathy

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
