Job Summary
Were hiring an Analytics & Reporting Engineer to develop scalable healthcare analytics solutions in Medicare Advantage programs. This role requires hands-on experience with BigQuery Looker SQL Python and GCP.
What Youll Do:
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools in Looker/BigQuery.
Perform RAF calculations and accrual reporting.
Drive chart chase analytics and channel targeting.
Translate business needs into actionable analytics solutions.
Collaborate with Agile teams (Jira/Confluence).
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Analytics or related field.
3 years in healthcare analytics (Medicare Advantage required).
Expertise in RAF accrual reporting and CMS compliance.
Strong skills in SQL Python BigQuery Looker.
Agile team experience; familiarity with HIPAA requirements.
