A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

• Lead develop and implement category strategies for Facility management and Construction/utility.
• Accountable for day-to-day operational sourcing project in Facility management and Construction. Provides project management and sourcing expertise to cross-functional teams.
• Accountable for the target delivery drive the saving payment term compliance improvement through effective methods.
• Negotiates establishes & monitors supplier agreements.
• Supplier Relationship Management
  • Vendor stratification
  • Vendor performance track and review
• Compliance & Risk Control
  • Make sure all the sourcing activities in line with company policy and procedures.

Qualifications - External

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and sourcing.
• Indirect Category Management experience and expertise in Category Management principles and frameworks is highly advantageous. (i.e Facility Management Construction utility etc.)
• Experience in factory Facility management (HAVC/Air Compressor System etc).
• Solid experience of working in international matrix organizations across function and culture.
• Excellent data analysis/ Communication /project management skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin both written& verbal
• Work experience in Healthcare/Medical Device industry is preferred
