A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Lead develop and implement category strategies for Facility management and Construction/utility.
- Accountable for day-to-day operational sourcing project in Facility management and Construction. Provides project management and sourcing expertise to cross-functional teams.
- Accountable for the target delivery drive the saving payment term compliance improvement through effective methods.
- Negotiates establishes & monitors supplier agreements.
- Supplier Relationship Management
- Vendor stratification
- Vendor performance track and review
- Compliance & Risk Control
- Make sure all the sourcing activities in line with company policy and procedures.
Qualifications - External
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and sourcing.
- Indirect Category Management experience and expertise in Category Management principles and frameworks is highly advantageous. (i.e Facility Management Construction utility etc.)
- Experience in factory Facility management (HAVC/Air Compressor System etc).
- Solid experience of working in international matrix organizations across function and culture.
- Excellent data analysis/ Communication /project management skills
- Fluent in English and Mandarin both written& verbal
- Work experience in Healthcare/Medical Device industry is preferred
