Job Summary
1.带领生产团队贯彻和执行工厂安全健康环境程序和食品安全程序
2.协助精炼经理严格控制生产消耗根据化验结果及时调整生产参数保证产品质量100%合格
3.负责节能和自动化的相关事宜推进工厂节能和自动化项目的实施
4.协助精炼经理组织实施生产活动完成生产任务并采取或落实措施保证生产记录以及各种报表及时真实完整按时完成各阶段工业生产经济活动分析报告
5.协助精炼经理管理车间设备 如日常设备维护安排及计划停机检修工作
6.协助精炼经理不断对员工进行岗位操作技能培训规范操作方法
7.协助生精炼经理建立车间的卫生制度DNA推进ISO安全以及绩效的考核标准并对其进行考核评估和落实
8.与其它部门保持良好的协作关系协作其它部门共同完成生产任务
9.协助严格控制排水指标根据化验结果及时调整污水处理参数确保排放水质达标
10.协助解决水处理过程中的技术问题评估现有水处理工艺的效率和效果提出并实施优化方案
11.完成上级安排的其它工作
