Bilingual Account Executive Job Description

In this role the Bilingual Account Executive has new business development responsibility for a selected geography plus account management responsibility for selected clients within a geographical area.

In this role the sales executive will be responsible for all new business development (closing new accounts) and account manager the account management aspect of this role the sales executive will have ownership of selected accounts provide proactive consulting provide strategic recommendations to drive account process efficiencies while taking cost out make policy recommendations identify and close new services opportunities conduct quarterly client meetings conduct web training and be able to go vertical (C-level) and horizontal in an account to expand our client touch points.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Exhibits very strong presentation skills in one-on-one as well as group presentations.

  • Exhibits very strong consultative sales skills proposal presentation and closing ability.

  • Exhibits very strong computer skills and utilization including Salesforce CRM Web Portals Mobile Apps Client CRM and more.

  • Ability to develop a territory leveraging cold calls emails LinkedIn direct marketing and more.

  • Must be an active listener and can effectively translate into action items.

  • Must be able to execute new business sales objectives and account management goals.

  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Must be proactive including setting agendas and delivering follow-up action items timely.

  • Exhibits strong written communication skills for business writing.

  • Exhibits strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Develops consultative topics on-going and lays a plan out to review and discuss with clients each quarter.

  • Develops in-depth analysis for cost savings and process improvements.

  • Delivers a high level of customer service to clients vendors and employees.

  • Works with clients and prospective clients to create vehicle selectors including researching and recommending types of vehicles replacement analysis volume incentives life cycle cost analysis and more.

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of finance and capital markets.

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of the automotive/fleet industry and aspects of vehicle use including vehicle maintenance accidents glass repair registration remarketing etc.

  • Attend trade shows and all sales meetings as appropriate or requested by management.

  • Position may require out-of-town travel up to 20-40% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Must be extremely detail-oriented a self-starter well organized and able to prioritize workload.

  • Minimum of a four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 3 - 5 years of automotive professional sales or fleet experience.
