The role - your passion

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• #1 priority is you lead & perform theexterior and interior cleaningof our campersensuring they shine are safe and fully operational and ready for adventure!

• Youexplain and put a smile on our customers facesas you hand overthe keys to adventure when they pick up and return their camper and make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable

• Youmanage the payment processesand check in rental payments and collect security deposits

• Yousupport our station teamwith all daily tasks and make sure that our #happyroadsurfers leave the station happy

• Youwork hand in hand with the Station Manageron the daily operations and customer satisfaction

• You are aself-starterand able tolead the team and station operationsin the absence of the Station Manager

  
  What you need to surf the wave with us

• You know the value in beingbrutally hands-onto get the job done and lead a hand to support the business needs

• Experience in providing customerswithworld class customer service

• Valid state drivers license

• Strong written/verbal communication skills; able to read write and speak English to interact effectively with a global customer base.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

• This position requires the ability to drive our company vehicles due to insurance requirements candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

• Candidates must present and maintain a clear motor vehicle record and successfully pass a background check.

WORK CONDITIONS

• Job Type: Hourly Full Time-Pay Range: $17.50 to $20.50 (based on experience)

• Working mostly outdoors

• Ability to lift and move at least 25lbs
