SHOP TECHNICIAN TRAINEE:

WHAT YOULL DO:
In this role you will work on class 7 & 8 trucks including troubleshooting diagnosing problems and making the necessary repairs in a timely and efficient manner. You will work on equipment under the guidance of senior technicians all while you continue building your skills and knowledge as a Technician.
Youll also help keep the yard and equipment clean organized and ready for our customers. You will perform equipment check-ins steam clean wash and fuel equipment perform light mechanical work keep the shop clean and more!
To thrive in this job you must be a self-starter a team player and be willing to learn.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Self-starter drive who can work without direct supervision.
- Working knowledge of equipment and one or more years of experience working on equipment. Will also accept applicants with a Diesel Tech Degree in lieu of experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to frequently lift and move 50 lbs.
Compensation: $18-23/hr (Depending on Experience)
