Collaborate within a dedicated team in a unique environment as a Chefs Cooks and Apprentice Chefsat Holsworthy Barracks (Liverpool). This role is suitable for candidates that enjoy bulk cooking with a passion for quality flavour and presentation. Youll get full training and support while working in a dynamic and fun working environment.
The Position:
- Full time - Monday to Friday 6am - 2pm or 11am - 7.30pm
- Prepare high-quality buffet-style meals for breakfast lunch dinner desserts and events
- Uphold catering standards comply with OH&S and HACCP regulations and maintain a strong focus on waste reduction
- Support kitchen operations by managing inventory receiving supplies and monitoring cold room controls
- Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
The Person:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
- Licence and transport to access site no public transport
- Proven experience in large commercial kitchens.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP allergen management and food safety.
- Passionate about quality with a focus on presentation and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented committed to personal and organisational success.
