Sales/Finance for Honda Dealership
We are looking for a sales consultant/backup finance manager. We are willing to train the right person.
The sales consultant is responsible for the completion of each sale for new and used car customers assigned to them. The position requires an individual with excellent communication skills product knowledge dealership history and department knowledge software data input and completing all steps to the sale. The position requires the ability to utilize all circles of influence including (but not limited to) walk in lead phone lead internet lead service upgrade lead social media lead referral lead community lead & a previously sold customer to generate a sale to addition a sales consultant must have the ability to cultivate and strengthen customer relationships to maintain and increase customer retention. This position includes four broad areas of activity: personal work habits prospecting selling and follow-up.
The Finance & Insurance Manager is responsible for the following three major duties: 1. Producing additional revenue for the dealership by selling finance and insurance programs to new and used car customers as well as service customers. 2. Ensure that all accurate federal and state documentation is signed and included in every new and used car transaction. 3. Facilitating financing through dealership approved financial institutions and monitoring the funding of each vehicle loan.
