In this role you will:

• Provide the lowest cost transportation while fully meeting planning & sourcing requirements through international shipment planning analysis research and utilization of Kimberly-Clark and Forwarder/Broker systems.
• Utilize transportation computer systems and reporting to analyze data and initiate plans to ensure key performance metrics are met at minimum transportation costs.
• Develop and communicate accurate information in an effective and timely manner including information related to customer shipments freight flows transportation costs order volume carrier capability and related issues supporting daily operations.
• Maintain positive relationships with numerous internal and external customers and partners understanding their business needs and pressures as well as need to balance service and cost.
• Interpret laws rules and regulations regarding shipping.
• Compile information on routes rates and services for various vendors and customers.
• Utilize Lean concepts problem solving methods and creative thinking to identify opportunities and initiate projects to drive sustainable savings to the Enterprise and improve service levels.
• Communicate fully with superiors subordinates and other internal and external customers and suppliers. Communication should be informative timely clear and concise.
• Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected and motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results.
• Develop an understanding of import and export compliance and its impact on the international supply chain including a familiarity with Customs and other government agencies requirements for importing and exporting from the United States and Canada.

In one of our Supply Chain roles youll focus on winning with consumers and the market while putting safety mutual respect and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree

• Advanced oral and written communication skills

• Enhanced analytical and problem solving skills or the demonstrated ability to develop in this area

• 1 years of transportation and logistics experience preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel Tableau and Power BI preferred.

• Experience with Blue Yonder TMS (Transportation Management System) preferred.

• Working knowledge of SAP preferred.
