ROLE SUMMARY:

Were searching for a Paid Media Specialist to join our Paid Media team. This isnt just about pushing buttons; its about being part of a bold agile team that fuels our digital growth engine. Youll be involved in building media strategies managing campaign execution owning projects end-to-end and testing like crazy to make sure every dollar works as hard as you do.

Youll partner with Paid Media leadership to own our cross-channel strategy and execution driving new customer growth for DSC. We need someone who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doera winning combination that gets us seriously jazzed. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner Up: Work with Paid Media leadership to develop and implement cross-channel strategies that meet or beat our goals
  • Take the Wheel: Act as the main point of contact between our internal teams and external partners. Own the end-to-end execution of our paid media campaigns making sure teams are aligned every detail is dialed in and on track
  • Watch the Numbers: Dive deep into campaign performance spotting trends and figuring out whats working (and whats not)
  • Test and Learn: Lead A/B and multivariate testing to optimize our campaigns and squeeze every last drop of ROI out of our budgets
  • Stay Organized: Take ownership of creating and maintaining organized documentation of campaign assets test results and strategy plans
  • Stay Curious: Continuously research and share the latest industry trends and emerging platforms

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 4 years of hands-on experience with end-to-end campaign management preferably for a DTC or subscription e-commerce brand
  • Big Budgets No Problem:Youve supported paid media annual budgets of $5M or more
  • Platform Pro: You have a deep understanding of Meta Google TikTok and YouTube Ads. Experience with CTV programmatic display and video is a huge plus
  • Creative Mind: You know how to map and organize creative variations by audience campaign and channel to make sure our message always hits home
  • Strategic Driver: Youve independently led cross-functional initiatives and driven strategic testing roadmaps
  • Tools of the Trade: Hands-on expertise with Meta and Google Ads Manager TikTok Ads and YouTube platforms
  • Analytics Savvy: Proficient in Google Analytics 4 Tableau and Motion with expertise in turning data into actionable insights to optimize performance and familiar with tag management platforms such as GTM

POSITION TYPE:
This is a full-time exempt position.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position is in-office working out of our HQ in Durham North Carolina 4x a week.

SALARY:
$80000-$95000 Bonus
