As Director of Constitutionally Limited Government Talent Strategy you will be responsible for leading a multi-year strategy to develop strengthen and connect a pipeline of principled leaders positioned to fill influential policy roles. This role will ensure that liberty-advancing talent is identified early cultivated through multiple channels and retained within the broader liberty ecosystem across academic policy and government opportunities. You will partner closely with internal Stand Together teams including the Constitutionally Limited Government issue team as well as core external partners to align on and operationalize this vision.
How You Will Contribute
Design execute and iterate a strategy and portfolio of investments for building a robust pipeline of liberty-minded talent aligned with Stand Togethers CLG priorities and positioned to fill influential policy roles
Establish clear ownership and operationalize systems for identifying tracking and connecting talent throughout the pipeline reducing drop-off points and maximizing long-term engagement in the CLG ecosystem.
Collaborate with core policy partners to refine training and mentorship programs increase student engagement and drive career connections.
Integrate specialty organizations into the talent strategy to fill gaps in key issue areas and accelerate placements in emerging spaces.
Develop knowledge-sharing systems to connect talent and pipelines across stages (students early career mid-career alumni) ensuring network effects and retention.
Engage with hiring leaders to connect them to principled talent prepared to advance policies that prevent government overreach and protect individual liberty.
Define KPIs and outcomes to evaluate program success track ROI and drive continuous improvement in cost-efficiency and placement effectiveness.

Deep familiarity with the liberty-advancing nonprofit and policy ecosystem including academic centers think tanks and government opportunities.
Understanding of constitutional principles and the current policy landscape with a passion for advancing individual liberty and limiting government overreach.
Experience using evaluation metrics and data to measure performance and drive insights
Ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to build a shared vision align strategies set priorities and deliver results.
Creativity in designing programs building networks and connecting talent to high-leverage roles.
