Reinsurance Credit Control Operations Specialist(Fiduciary)
We will rely on you to:
Drive issuing of statements collection of receivable and payment of payable balances to secure the collection of outstanding fiduciary balances.
Drive personal cash processing and fiduciary targets including the use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for accounts with advanced complexity to facilitate reporting from the Client Support Services (CSS) Dashboard and other system tools.
Manage assigned portfolio of Market/Client accounts to ensure all deadlines are met and time bound activities are addressed within defined parameters including (but not limited to) cash allocation collections of brokerage and billings and resolution of fiduciary exposures. Assignments include accounts with high level of complexity.
Drive regular dialogue with Market/Client contacts in order to provide resolution to highly complex issues related to payment and collection.
Analyze detailed information on collection/remittance process in order to manage Request for Proposal (RFP) and sales opportunities.
Lead gathering of inputs for evolution of the operational model at highly complex levels of the organization to drive new process improvement ideas leveraging technology solutions.
Lead and maintain strategic relationships with Brokers Clients and Markets in order to understand issues resolve problems and queries and review working practices and to grow the business.
Lead strategic team meetings and activities in order to lead sharing of opinions ideas knowledge and solutions and drives opportunities for team learning.
What you need to have:
Priorexperience of working in credit control and/or fiduciary within the Reinsurance sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills both written and verbal.
Ability to engage influence and negotiate with clients market contacts and colleagues in a professional manner.
Successful management of workload; with an ability to manage expectations of all clients and stakeholders.
Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work daytime in alignment with Asia time zones as this role covers Asia portfolio.
