We are looking forward to welcoming you to our team in Sal as:
Technical Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Management of the technical department in the hotel
- Responsibility for the maintenance and repair of technical equipment and items as well as documentation
- Primary responsibility for enforcing safety precautions
- Commissioning external companies when necessary
- Smooth execution of all tasks in the technical area
- Shift and vacation schedule creation
- Close cooperation with reception and housekeeping for daily maintenance
- Responsible for compliance with all safety and fire regulations
- Optimal purchasing and ordering of materials
- Professional handling of complaints on site
Your profile:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a technical field
- Completed vocational training in a manual or technical profession
- Very good knowledge of German and Italian Knowledge of English is advantageous
- Experience in leadership and employee motivation
- Experience in organisation planning and documentation
- Structured independent way of working manual dexterity
- Enthusiasm for technology and a high sense of responsibility
- Additional training e.g. as a safety specialist is advantageous
- Can-do attitude high flexibility and commitment

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
