- Educate clients on workers compensation regulations industry best practices and compliance requirements through tailored training sessions and informative materials.
- Review workers compensation policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices conducting regular audits to identify areas for enhancement.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workers compensation analyzing trends and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation pertaining to clients workers compensation programs and prepare comprehensive reports for clients and management as needed.
