Account Manager (Workers Compensation) - Full-time

Location:Woodland Hills CA

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on workers compensation insurance.
  • In-depth understanding of workers compensation insurance products regulations and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships addressing their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiency in data analysis with the capability to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal enabling effective communication of complex information to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Job Description

  • Establish and maintain robust client relationships serving as the primary contact for all workers compensation-related inquiries.
  • Oversee the management and administration of workers compensation policies ensuring accuracy compliance and timely renewal.
  • Collaborate closely with claims adjusters and clients to facilitate the claims process offering guidance and assistance as required.
  • Perform risk assessments to evaluate clients workers compensation exposures and recommend effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Educate clients on workers compensation regulations industry best practices and compliance requirements through tailored training sessions and informative materials.
  • Review workers compensation policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and industry best practices conducting regular audits to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workers compensation analyzing trends and identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation pertaining to clients workers compensation programs and prepare comprehensive reports for clients and management as needed.
