Job Summary
-Conduct laboratory analyses on R&D samples including shelf-life testing and sensory evaluations.
-Create and apply labels and tags for samples and lab materials.
-Approve samples open the lab and perform other assigned tasks to support daily operations.
-Prepare product samples based on provided formulas for customer evaluations ensuring timely delivery and accurate record-keeping.
-Collaborate closely with R&D and QC teams to support product development and quality initiatives.
-Create and apply labels and tags for samples and lab materials.
-Approve samples open the lab and perform other assigned tasks to support daily operations.
-Maintain a clean organized and well-documented R&D workspace including proper labeling and storage of ingredients samples and finished products.
-Provide support across R&D and QC departments as directed by the supervisor.
-Communicate effectively with team members supervisors and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and accurate reporting.
-Accurately document all data and maintain legible organized records.
-Familiarity with Food Safety practices including HACCP and other safety programs.
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in a laboratory or food manufacturing environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
-Ability to follow company procedures and collaborate effectively with team members.
-Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and departmental needs.
Pay Range: $18-$24/hr
