About the Role
Join the customer service legal advisory team of a leading airline company. You will support cases requiring legal insight while delivering exceptional customer service to German- and English-speaking clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to legal matters in the airline sector
Provide accurate information on regulations claims and policies
Ensure compliance with internal and external legal guidelines
Service customers with professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases
Requirements
German C1 and English B2
Relevant experience in legal advisory law or a related role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
Strong understanding of customer care standards
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
1100 14 months
Performance bonus: 150 12 months
Extras:
Welcome Bonus: 3000
Mean meal allowance: 7.23 per day
Transport allowance: 20 per month
