What Youll Do:

Provide customer support through email and chat in German and English

Handle inquiries offer clear guidance and follow company protocols

Document interactions accurately using internal tools

Native or fluent German speaker living near Porto

Customer service experience (email/chat support preferred)

Intermediate German (B2-C1) written communication skills
